Electric Power Engineers

As the CEO and President of Electric Power Engineers, LLC, Hala N. Ballouz has built a rapidly growing team of 140 electrical engineers with a singular
focus: holistically transforming the electric grid to enable our resilient, affordable and carbon free energy future. Recognizing that a key requirement
of this transformation is the ability to access, process, and leverage massive amounts of new data and detailed asset models, she also founded ENER-I.AI
to accelerate innovation and intelligent decision-making that is modernizing the digitalization of electric utility grids.

Ms. Ballouz has been an advisor nationally and internationally on the integration of renewables and smart grid development. She is an innovator
in the study of planning and operation of integrated transmission and distribution (T&D) networks, generation, load, distributed resources, and new
technologies, including applications of DERMS and Advanced Power Management systems. She has also founded GridNEXT, while President of
TREIA, now CleanTX Association, and established the first of a kind series of conferences focusing on grid modernization to further the integration of
renewables.

The foundation of Ms. Ballouz’s vision and Electric Power Engineers (EPE) success is that our industry requires holistic insights into ever-expanding
technologies, energy policy, grid innovations and most of all, client needs. This vision has positioned EPE and ENER-i to support utilities, large energy
users and the majority of renewable and storage resource developers to deliver reliable, resilient and economic modern grid solutions.

Hala N. Ballouz holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in
several states. Over the course of her career, she has received many technical and business awards that acknowledge her contributions to our industry. As
an ardent supporter of empowering women, she is particularly proud of being the recipient of the Woman in Power Award.
