I have over 10 years of experience in the utility sector, managing complex projects, driving customer experience, and overseeing successful operations. I have a proven track record of building and sustaining strong internal and external relationships, negotiating contracts, and complying with regulatory requirements.
I am passionate about delivering customer service excellence and strategic leadership, leveraging data analytics and process improvement to enhance service delivery and performance. I have completed multiple executive education certificates from top business schools, such as Harvard, Columbia, Wharton, and Chicago Booth, to sharpen my skills and knowledge in leading change, growth, strategy, and analytics. I am also a coach and mentor to my teams, empowering them to achieve their goals and grow professionally.
