David Almeida

David Almeida has dedicated the last decade of his career to the challenges and opportunities involved in electrifying transportation. David has a strong background in project design and execution and excels at implementing operationally complex products, including launching the largest utility EV charging station installation program in the United States and the development and approval for an innovative commercial EV rate which brings the cost of fueling an EV below parity with gasoline and diesel. David has also led a number of pilot programs focused on vehicle grid integration and electrifying the medium and heavy-duty vehicle market electrifying transit, school buses and vehicles in the goods movement sector. In addition, David is well versed in electric micro-mobility, leading the development of a national electric scooter charging program for Spin, a Ford Mobility company.
