She serves as the Vice President of Strategy and Process Improvement and is a member of the senior leadership team at the Lower Colorado River Authority, a billion-dollar public utility based in Austin, Texas.In this role she is a dedicated internal consulting resource with a mandate to facilitate critical transformation efforts in alignment with the LCRA strategic plan. She ideates and drives strategic initiatives that deliver long-term results and efficiencies at the enterprise level.Prior to joining the Strategy team, Christina served as the Senior Director of Communications and led an award-winning team of communicators, web developers, videographers, photographers, graphic designers and social media tacticians responsible for internal and external omnichannel communications, digital production, marketing and innovation.She spent the first decade of her career working with SuperPACs, political campaigns, trade associations, chambers of commerce and corporations to create compelling digital narratives and intentional digital strategy.Her first job was serving soft-serve ice cream at a Dairy Queen in Pflugerville, Texas.
