As Co-Founder, Board Chair, Chief Vision Officer, and former CEO of Electric Power Engineers, LLC, Hala N. Ballouz has built an unmatched power systems advisory firm with over 400 employees, including more than 300 degreed engineering professionals solving the most complex problems of the grid.

Ms. Ballouz has long been an advisor nationally and internationally and a leader in harnessing innovative technology to enable intelligent solutions to the study, design, planning and operation of the electric grid.

As Chief Vision Officer (CVO) of EPE, Ms. Ballouz is focused on advancing the company’s goal to lead in holistically meeting the world’s most challenging energy needs. In her career she has always focused on facilitating delivery of reliable, resilient, flexible, sustainable, and affordable electricity to communities across the world.

She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in several states.
