Kristy Stone, CCXP has extensive work experience in customer experience and leadership roles. Kristy is currently the Chief Customer Officer at Duquesne Light Company. Prior to this, they held positions at Blue Stream Fiber, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience and Innovation, as well as the Vice President of Customer Experience. At Blue Stream Fiber, they implemented the Net Promoter System and oversaw funding programs for COVID and low-income families.
Kristy also worked at NorthState as the Vice President of Care and Service Delivery, where they provided fiber internet service to both business and residential customers. Kristy was also the Vice President at Alorica, responsible for leading and supervising various sales and customer service centers. At AT&T, they served as a Director and Assistant Director, leading customer service teams across multiple states.
