Simon Whitelocke

Simon Whitelocke is Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer, ITC Holdings Corp. He is responsible for ITC’s federal regulatory, government affairs and communications activities, as well as overseeing the strategic direction, community relations and financial performance for ITC’s four operating subsidiaries: ITC Midwest, ITC Great Plains, ITCTransmission and Michigan Electric Transmission Company (METC). Prior to this role, he was Vice President, ITC Holdings Corp. and President, ITC Michigan where he led the strategic direction for ITCTransmission and METC. Mr.

Whitelocke also served in other roles responsible for corporate compliance, regulatory affairs, external affairs, and internal audit functions.
Prior to joining ITC, he worked at DTE Energy and in public accounting. Mr. Whitelocke earned a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration in finance and management from Michigan State University.

Mr. Whitelocke is a member of the Board of Directors of ReliabilityFirst Corporation, Food Gatherers and the Michigan Chamber of Commerce. He is vice chair of the Ann Arbor SPARK and chair of the Detroit PBS boards.
