Bethany Ruhe

Bethany has spent her career helping organizations tell their energy story, and she’s bringing over a decade of detailed energy experience to her new role at Gridmates. As Director of Programming and Communications, Bethany is dedicated to helping utilities and energy companies tell their stories and improve on how they serve energy insecure customers.

With a strong background in communications and energy policy, Bethany is uniquely positioned to take on the role of storyteller and matchmaker, helping companies concerned with sustainability and social responsibility improve how they serve customers and how they save energy in leaps and bounds.

When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling with her family, taking the camper out with her family, spending time at home cooking with her family, and singing bad car karaoke with her family.
