Christen Waggoner oversees Customer Experience Operations, which includes Customer Service, Metering Operations, and Customer Revenue.

Previously, Waggoner led Customer Service operations, which includes the call center and four walk-in center locations.  Christen started her career with CPS Energy in 2016, when she was hired as a Coaching and Quality Assurance leader

Prior to joining CPS Energy, Waggoner spent 17 years working in the insurance industry, as a leader in Customer Service, Claims, and Leadership Development.
