Jenise Osani serves as Vice President of Marketing & New Products at OUC—The Reliable One. She is responsible for all internal and external corporate relations, including communications, media relations, customer education, advertising, marketing and community relations, as well as the development of products. In the
latter role, Osani oversees OUC’s move into new revenue streams, such as vehicle electrification and electric vehicle charging stations, dark fiber and other strategic business partnerships.

Osani joined OUC in 2009 as the Marketing & Customer Education Manager. She earned a Master of Business Administration from the Crummer Graduate School of
Business at Rollins College and holds a fine arts degree in graphic design from the University of Florida. This combination has allowed her to work strategically and creatively in a space where design and business intersect.

Osani and her team won numerous design, communications, community and advertising awards, including a 2022 national Silver Anvil Award of Distinction from the Public Relations Society of America; a 2022 Radiance Award in Crisis Communication from the Public Relations Society of America Sunshine
District; a 2022 American Public Power Association’s Excellence in Public Power Communications Awards in Video and Social Media campaigns; a 2022 Golden Brick award for OUC’s Pre-Apprenticeship Training Program from the Downtown Orlando Partnership; a 2022 Award of Community Impact for OUC’s Tiny
Green Home from the American Institute of Architects Orlando chapter; a 2017 Top Performer Solar Utility Website from E Source; and a 2016 Best Integrated Campaign from E Source.

Osani was the Web Improvement Project Lead for the team recognized by CS Week and Electric Light & Power Magazine for the 2015 Expanding Excellence Award for Innovation in Customer Service and 2014 Expanding Excellence Award for Best Infrastructure in North America. These awards recognized OUC’s
vision to leverage technology to revolutionize the customer experience. Osani currently serves on the boards of the Greater Orlando Sports Commission and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and is a member of the Executive Committee for the Orlando Science Center Board of Trustees. Previously, she was a board member for Friends of the Orange County Library System, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida, Audubon Center for Birds of Prey and the
Crummer Graduate School of Business Alumni Board.
