Andrew Higgins

With over 20 years of experience in various industries, I am a passionate advocate and leader for electric transportation and energy poverty solutions. As the board chair of TxETRA, I work with diverse stakeholders to advance EV policy and awareness in the state, as well as to support the development and adoption of innovative and sustainable EV products and services. I am also a board member of EDTA and TEPRI, where I contribute to the national and local efforts to promote electric mobility and address energy affordability and access issues. I am a certified product manager and marketing manager, with expertise in manufacturing process improvement, analytical skills, and strategic thinking. I am driven by the mission to create positive social and environmental impacts through my work, and to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the teams and organizations I collaborate with.
