Erica Borggren

Erica Borggren is the Vice-President, Customer Solutions for ComEd.  Erica leads the team delivering energy efficiency, demand response, and solar and other energy solutions for ComEd customers. She held previous roles as VP of Customer Channels and VP of Communications at ComEd.

A Rhodes Scholar and West Point graduate, Erica Borggren is a former Army captain who served in Iraq, in the Republic of Korea, and throughout the U.S. Central Command region.  She previously served as the Director of the Illinois Department of Veterans’ Affairs, where she spearheaded the launch of Illinois Joining Forces, an award-winning public-private network of organizations committed to working together to serve veterans better.  Borggren was selected in 2014 as a White House “Champion of Change” for her veteran-related efforts.
